The best way to guarantee entry to your favourite No1 Lounge is to pre-book ahead of your visit. All pre-booked guests are guaranteed entry to the lounge on the day of their visit. 

By pre-booking your lounge visit you can also save up to 20% on the cost of your lounge visit. 

Pre-booking your airport lounge visit direct with No1 Lounges also provides you with free delay cover, meaning if your flight is delayed you can stay in the lounge and relax at no extra cost until your flight is ready to board. 

Booking an airport lounge visit online

Step 1. Firstly, you will need to visit our No1 Lounges website.

Step 2.Once you are on the No1 Lounges website, please use the booking banner at the top of this page to select the airport and terminal you are flying from, the date of your flight, your flight departure time and the number of guests on your booking. Please note, any aged over 12 years will be classified as an adult. Anyone aged 2 - 11 is classified as a child, ad anyone aged between 0 -1 is classified as an infant, infants go free. Once you have entered all of your details, click 'BOOK'.


Step 3. You will see all of the lounges available to book at this airport/terminal during your booking time. Please select the lounge you would like to book by clicking 'BOOK NOW'.

Step 4. Review your booking details and add any extras you would like on this booking such as champagne or additional hours (in addition to the 3 hours prior to your flight departure time already included in this booking). Once you are happy with everything on your booking, click 'continue'. 

Step 5. Next you will need to enter your lead passenger details, including your full name and email address and review the booking terms and conditions. Once you have entered these details and reviewed the terms, click 'continue'.

Step 6. Select the payment method you would like to pay with and enter your payment details then click 'submit card payment'. Once this has gone through and you see the 'Thank you' message, your booking is confirmed.

Shortly after you have made your booking you should receive a confirmation email detailing all of your booking reference number and all of your booking details.
