Step 1. Once on this page, please select the airport lounge you would like to pre-book using the drop-down menu and the cardholder programme you are a member of.
Step 2. Select the date your flight departs and your flight departure time and how many adults (those aged 12+) and children (those aged 2-11, infants go free) are on this booking.
Step 3. Review your bookings details to ensure they are all correct. On this page, you can also purchase any additional extras such as champagne or additional hours in the lounge (in addition to the 3 hours prior to your flight departure time including in this booking). Once you have checked your details and have added any extras you would like, scroll down and select 'continue'.
Step 4. Some cardholder schemes will request you enter your membership number at this stage. Please do this in the box provided and select 'continue'.
Step 5. Please enter the lead passenger details, review the terms and conditions and then select 'continue'.
Step 6. Select your payment method and enter all the required details on this page then click 'continue' and your booking is confirmed.
After your booking is confirmed, you should receive a booking conformation via email stating your booking reference number and booking details.

*The reservation fee is an additional charge, which secures a place for you in the lounge. The visit itself will be processed through your lounge membership card. The card must be valid on the day of your visit and should be presented at reception on arrival. If, under the terms of your membership, you have an allowance of free visits, or your visits are paid for through your associated bank account, these will also be deducted in the normal way.
