Step 1. Once on this page, please select the lounge access scheme you are a cardholder member of.
Step 2. This will take you to the relevant booking page. Select the airport you are departing from, your flight date and your flight departure time and how many adults (those aged 12+) and children (those aged 2-11, infants go free) are on this booking. Click 'Book Now' and this will take you to a page where you can select which lounge you would like to book.
Step 3. Select your lounge and click 'Book Now'.
Step 4. Review your bookings summary details to ensure they are all correct. On this page, you can also purchase any additional extras such as champagne or additional hours in the lounge (in addition to the 3 hours prior to your flight departure time including in this booking). Once you have checked your details and have added any extras you would like, scroll down and select 'Continue'.
Step 5. Enter your details (lead passenger) and your membership number, please do this in the box provided. We will send your booking confirmation and important information to the email address you provide here.
Step 6. Select your payment method and enter all the required details on this page.
Step 7. Review the terms and conditions and then select 'Book and pay'.
After your booking is confirmed, you should receive a booking conformation via email stating your booking reference number and booking details.

*The reservation fee is an additional charge, which secures a place for you in the lounge. The visit itself will be processed through your lounge membership card. The card must be valid on the day of your visit and should be presented at reception on arrival. If, under the terms of your membership, you have an allowance of free visits, or your visits are paid for through your associated bank account, these will also be deducted in the normal way.
